Ok my little project is done...and I've been up since 2:13 am...can`t sleep...
So by now you probably know my favourite Die is the Fun Flower Die! I put that 'Die' on everything...to coin a funny commercial...LOL! But this time I have turned the Die into a magnet!! And I am going magnet crazy!! I have all these iedas of what I am going to make into magnets for my Craft Fairs - this being one of them!
These were easy to make...cut out 2 sets of the Fun Flower Dies, and one of the large flower piece in a piece of the Stampin`Up`s! magnet sheets. Spritz all the pieces except one of the larger flower pieces, with water. Crinkle them up tight then unravel them all and arrange them as you wish, spacing them oppositely and fluffing them too. Pierce a Glimmer brad through the middle, than dry the flower into the desired position with a heat gun. Set aside. Peel off the sticky paper from the magnet and attach the large flower piece to the magnet. Than attach the rest of the dried flower to the base of the flower magnet piece with dimensionals. Spritz with Vanilla Smooch, let dry. Spray with satin varnish - 2 coats, let dry between coats...and you're done!
Colours of card stock used - So Saffron, Rose Red, Rich Razzelberry and Tempting Turquoise. Enjoy this fun project. This was the little gift I gave my customers this month in their orders to thank them! I want to make dozens to adorn my fridge :)
Have a save Saturday...especially my East Coast friends!! I am thinking of you all today - big hug!! Thanks for stopping by everyone! Lynda

I found everything, Lynda. Do you just cut the maagnets to the size you want? Could you show us the bottom of the magnet so I cen better understand how it is attached? I dound that part a bit confusing.... You should make a video of you making this project!

Hi Laura - thanks! I have been thinking about doing videos...just one more thing to do... however...the bottom is a magnet - cut from the Fun Flower Die, you just need to cut out the largest flower piece not the whole die which has 3 flowers - so I cut a piece of 3.5 x 4 piece of magnet and laid it across the large flower and ran it through the Big Shot Fun Flower Die - so I just got one large flower - which was the bottom of the flower. Stampin' Up's magnet sheets are sticky on one side, so you stick the one large flower piece to this piece of the magnet...ok? Explained better?
