Fresh Vintage with Everyday Enchantment DSP

Ok so I'm not well again! Fighting off a cough and sore throat right now...the last 6 months I have had so much sickness it's crazy!! Can't wait until the warm weather! Yesterday it was warm enough to open the windows and air out the house and the stuffy germy air...we need more of this warm weather!

Also my sweet husband, Wayne came home yesterday with a new Blackberry Playbook for me...I have been looking at them and comparing them to the IPads (Playbooks are much better I discovered). So I finally had a chance to set it up and play with it tonight...I was totally shocked and very surprised by him buying me this!! I guess it makes up for him not buying me a card for our anniversary last month...LOL!

Ok so since I have been sick (ahem...again) I haven't had much time to play but here is a card I made for our Card Club last week...

We used the Fresh Vintage stamp set stamped in Calypso Coral ink on Very Vanilla card stock. The background card stock is Calypso Coral paired with Everyday Enchantment DSP, tied with Very Vanilla Taffeta Ribbon and a SAB brad. The complimentary colour card stock used is Pool Party behind the stamped greeting.

Wonderful...Blossom Builders

Here is another great Make and Take card we made at Leadership using the Blossom Builders kit...the prepunched flowers kit! Love this kit!

We also used a chipboard piece covered in card stock...

This is a quick post as it's late and I think I am coming down with something...

It was a productive weekend stamping wise however and I got my next class idea done and I will share it with you in the next post!

Apothecary, So Grateful!

So Grateful is what I am for this stamp set! It was the first one I ordered from the New Occasions Mini along with the Framelits Dies. I didn't make this card. It is one of my favourite Leadership swaps made by Michelle Hutton, but we made it the other night in my All Occasions Card Club class. I still have a few spots left if interested. Details in my Classes and Workshop link on the right column.

Since it uses the Twitterpatted DSP the colours used are Blushing Bride, Indigo Island, Pear Pizzazz, Baja Breeze and Basic Grey. Thanks for a great card Michelle!

It was a crazy windy night here last night...didn't get much sleep! Off to do errands today and work on some stamping projects today!

Mixed Bunch in Wisteria Wonder

My All Occasions Club Class went well the other night! I love this group of ladies and we are going to have a fun group and fun times ahead I can tell. Lots of laughs and good stories, that's what these nights are all about for these ladies!! A night out to create, craft, share, laugh and enjoy themselves! And we did just that! How can you not LOVE stamping and being in a fun Stamping Club just one night a month? Some people don't know what they are missing!

Well here is another card we made last night...using the Mixed Bunch stamp set on Wisteria wonder card stock (my favourite color) paired with Elegant Eggplant. It also uses the Elegant Lines Embossing folder and the Sweet Shop DSP (this DSP comes embossed). The ribbon is Elegant Eggplant (discontinued) and a rhinestone in the centre...we stamped a Birthday greeting inside.

A pretty card for any Occasion but last night'd theme was Spring!

This card idea was inspired by a card swap from Leadership. One that I really liked!
