Had a great Card Class the other night with my ladies! Lots of laughs and stories to share...sometimes I wonder if it's about making cards or just a night out with the girls - I think and hope both!!

Baby Portrait Frame

Hello friends! I have been super busy with life and my new venture of Thirty-One Gifts and has made very tardy with my blog...

Here in Canada, Thirty-One is new to us since September 2012 and new to me since January and it has just been crazy! Everyone LOVES Thirty-One here in Canada! And I thank you all for that but working full-time at Sheridan College, 3 kids and 2 PT Direct Sales businesses has kept me quite busy...and I could not be happier! So please bear with me while I try to balance my life a bit...LOL...

I have been wanting to share this AMAZING project wit you that Clorice, one of my DL created...a baby portrait frame...

I believe Clorice made this to fit an 11 x 11" frame...love it and she is so talented!! Also Happy belated Birthday to you Clorice! Love you very much!!

Blossom Punch card goes negative

A quick post - here is a card we made at my party last Friday night - quick and simple - a variation on the Club Card we made a few weeks ago...using the Sycamore Street DSP and Crumb Cake card stock with the negative cut-out of the Blossom punch...also the large new rhinestone jewels, Rich Razzelberry button and Taffeta ribbon.

We are bracing for the winter storm here...hope you all stay safe!

Stampin' Up Party Time

I am off to do a Stampin' Up Party tonight! However the weather right now is not looking too promising, so I hope we don't get snowed out...

I haven't had a chance to take pictures of my cards but will post them over the next few days...but I did get off a quick picture this morning (with my camera phone) of my Thirty-One bags all packed up with my Stampin' Up stuff in them!

My Large Utility Tote has all my card project boxes in them - this is perfect to hold for all 4 of my card projects, plus my wipes, and some of the tools! Plus it has a plastic lid too to keep the snow off of it tonight! Awesome!

And the free Easy Breeze Tote we received this past weekend from our C&C meeting is toting my 2 Big Shots! How perfect is that? And how springy and colourful in this dreary weather!!

Busy Family Weekend!

Well it has been crazy! The twins had their 13th Birthday, Wayne and I had our 23rd Anniversary, Kendall had a party, Wayne and I went to his Company party in Toronto, I went to London Sunday afternoon and rushed home to entertain a houseful of family SUnday evening...Thank goodness Monday was a holiday! And what did I do? Very little...well we did take the kids out for a belated Birthday dinner. Whew glad this weekend is over...LOL! Here are some family picks!

Angry Birds Birthday Card

So I worked on the Twin's Birthday cards last night and here is Skyler's card...he is an Angry Birds fan...

I used the new Beyond Plaid stamp set on the front with Basic Gray ink...

This Angry Bird was created with punches - easy to do! With both cards I used Fabulous Phrases, Memorable Moments and Wonderful Words...great sets for creating a custom message! Tomorrow I will show you Kendall's card.
